These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. Our intention is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, We cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

Payment and Price

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. As previously stated should the price change or be incorrect the contract is void and must be restarted by you the consumer. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of all taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard and Switch / Maestro. When ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque, bank transfer or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery

  Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales. Delivery Estimates are calculated from the date we despatch the goods.

Delivery and postage is an additional service and under a separate contract. If you avail our free shipping offer and decide to return the products we will charge you actual shipping charges.

 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

Product Guarantees

Guarantees and Warranties of each products are mentioned in the product description, if any. You will have to contact the manufacturer directly if you have any problems with the products. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance. You will have to ship the item back to us to. Should your product develop a fault within a first ten days of purchase you many return your goods for a full refund providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

Cancellation of Orders

Returned Goods If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 10 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. Please use the cancellation form on the website to cancel orders.

Other

You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities at the moment. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
